Ultra-durable plate welded machine bed
The bed is welded from 12mm carbon steel plates and uses stress annealing technology to ensure the machine's structural stability and long-term high-performance operation.
Intelligent zoned smoke exhaust system
The intelligent zoned smoke exhaust system consists of a segmented design of the cutting table and built-in ventilation ducts. Each section has a pneumatic exhaust port, a slag collection funnel and a pull-out tray for waste disposal. It effectively filters harmful gases and dust to ensure an environmentally friendly and pollution-free production process.
Segmented bed
The segmented bed supports customization of various sizes, and two annealings are performed to remove stress. The bed has high stability and ensures ultra-high cutting accuracy.
