Our client is the largest metal roof manufacturer in Poland, holding a quarter of the European market share in roof production. Their factory is equipped with numerous CNC metal processing machines and two 1300*900mm CO2 laser cutting machines for cutting nonwoven fabrics and felt.
Challenges
As their business grew, the client sought to upgrade their CO2 laser cutting machine to larger dimensions for better efficiency and output. Through a Google search, they discovered RT Laser and reached out to us for a solution.
Solution
After detailed discussions, we proposed replacing their current CO2 laser machines with two 300W 3000*1500mm CO2 laser cutting machines. The client agreed, recognizing the value of our suggestion. During our in-depth communication, we further recommended upgrading part of their CNC machines to metal laser cutting machines. This change would significantly enhance their production capacity and reduce lead times.
Results
Following negotiations, the client placed an order for two 6000W RT3015G laser cutting machines. Given the substantial investment, the client visited our factory to assess our facilities and machinery firsthand. Impressed by what they saw, they confirmed the order on-site.
Once the machines were delivered and operational, the client experienced remarkable improvements. Production capacity increased dramatically, lead times shortened, and labor costs were cut in half. These efficiency gains enabled the client to offer more competitively priced products, further strengthening their position in the market.
